University of Zimbabwe multi-talented student, uprising podcast host, mentor, and inspirational coach Tinashe “Boldness” Mandingi is shaping the future of many young people across the country by helping them fearlessly embrace their God given purposes without doubt.
Sharing about her approach towards leading young people into achieving their dreams, Mandingi revealed that inspiration is pivotal as it is the fuel that ignites vision, resilience, purpose and critical in providing clarity, direction and hope in a world of uncertainty.
“Inspiration is the fuel that ignites vision, resilience and purpose. It plays a pivotal role in helping individuals believe in what is possible even when circumstances are limiting. For someone facing doubt or fear, a spark of inspiration can be the turning point that shifts their mindset from “I can’t” to “I will.” It fosters creativity, encourages perseverance, and gives people the emotional and mental strength to pursue their goals.
“I primarily target young people especially students, creatives, and aspiring change-makers who are in the process of discovering themselves and shaping their future. I inspire them through storytelling, mentorship, and content that uplifts and empowers. Platforms like the Inspirational Journeys Podcast allow me to spotlight relatable success stories from creatives and thought leaders, while my curated daily themes provide actionable tools for dream pursuit, career development, and personal growth. I also partner with youth-focused organisations such as Chikomborero Foundation and Rail of Hope to extend this impact through mental health advocacy, education, and empowerment programs,” said Mandingi.
She further revealed that her journey to becoming a notable inspirational coach has been inspired by her journey of overcoming doubt which she said if it was not the inspiration that she got from other influential figures such as Mai Chisamba and Ruvheneko Parirenyatwa she would not have made it.
“My motivation came from my own journey of overcoming self-doubt and growing into the confident person I am today. I know what it feels like to have a voice but not the confidence to use it. I also know how powerful it is when someone believes in you or shares a story that speaks directly to your struggle.
“Media personalities like Mai Chisamba and Ruvheneko Parirenyatwa deeply inspired me and that spark of belief they gave me is what I now aim to pass on to others. My experiences in public speaking, volunteering at Pachikomo FM, and leading student initiatives revealed that my true passion lies in helping others realise their potential. Coaching gives me a meaningful platform to do just that by empowering others to dream boldly, act intentionally, and grow confidently,” she added.
