World Revival Ministries Founder, Bishop Kashesha unpacked the origins of Christian dominion, tracing it back to the creation saying that the children of God have the authority to dominate and possess their promised portion of good things in life during the Dominion Camp 2025 held in Shamva from 28-31 August 2025.
“Christian Dominion is laid down in Genesis 1:26-28 where Adam was given four main attributes by God that made him a God among the mortals. The image of God, which is his DNA, the likeness which is his character, dominion which allows him to be a ruler on earth and the Garden of Eden which is his presence.
“When Adam ate the fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil in Genesis 3, Adam and the rest of mankind lost all the four attributes. This is the reason every believer must fight for everything until you get it back,” he said.
He further revealed that salvation is the key foundation for a believer to walk in dominion.
“Accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior is the first step for us to activate the dominion that was given unto us by God. Once you have this power, power, will be able to fight and win the battles since the rest of a Christian’s life is faced with battles and demonic forces.
“Paul then sums this up as he writes to Timothy and say I fought a good fight, i have finished my race. As a Christian, you need to fight to get back your image, your godly character, dominion and the presence of God,” he added.
The Dominion Camp 2025 has been a call to saints to rise up and stand in place of power, the power to dominate the world.
The four-day conference drew many people from as far as Mukumbura boarder with Mozambique including gospel musicians who include minister Kudakwashe Mandizvidza who ushered saints into deeper realms of worship.
World Revival Ministries which began as an interdenominational gathering in 2008 was later converted and officially launched to become a full-time ministry on 5 August 2013 in Waterfalls, Harare.
The church now has 11 assemblies across Zimbabwe including in rural communities with the strong vision of reaching out to the lost with the message of repentance, while building believers into strong soldiers of the cross by teaching them the principles of the word of God and how to maximize their new found faith in God to transform and impact the world, leaving a lasting legacy of how God can use a man on earth.
