Zimbabwe-based multi-talented women advocate, digital entrepreneur, and life coach Tinashe “Boldness” Mandingi has been recently awarded the Best Community Impact Award Winner for her outstanding programmes in empowering women and young people through hosting inspirational podcast sessions that aim to bring hope to people.
She was honored at the Universities Coaching and Mentoring Annual Awards 2025 that took place on 19 September 2025 at Samaritans in Harare under the theme “Upholding golden standards in tertiary Coaching and mentoring”.
Sharing expressions about her milestone Boldness described it as a catapult that will promote speed and growth in all her endeavors towards building meaningful future lives for young people and women.
“I am deeply honoured and filled with immense joy to be recognised as the Best Community Impact Award Winner at the Universities Coaching and Mentoring Annual Awards 2025. This is more than just an award for me, it is a powerful reminder that every step taken in purpose and passion does not go unnoticed.
“When I launched The Inspirational Journeys Podcast in November 2024, I had nothing but an idea and a heart full of belief. To see that vision blossom into something impactful within such a short time is incredibly humbling. This milestone is a beautiful validation that our stories, our journeys, and our efforts to uplift others matter. It is not just a personal win but it is a win for everyone who dares to dream and act.
“As a digital entrepreneur and founder of The Inspirational Journeys Podcast and Boldness Creative Marketing Hub, this award solidifies the foundation of my mission: to Motivate, Inspire, and transform lives through storytelling, mentorship, and community support. It has opened my eyes to the fact that impact is not measured by how big you start, but by how consistent and intentional you are with your purpose. Professionally, this award has elevated my confidence and credibility, setting the stage for greater opportunities in coaching, mentoring, and digital entrepreneurship,” she said.
Furthermore, Boldness challenged women to be supportive of each other, not to be limited by social constructions but to arise, excel and defy the odds by redefining their own stories through challenging stereotypes.
“As a young lady, I believe that our power lies not only in what we achieve but in how we use our voices and experiences to uplift others. My journey is a true testament that one does not need all the answers to start but there is need for courage to begin.
“Through my work, I aim to remind women that every idea has the potential to become a game-changing vision if only you start doing something. To all women across all sectors I say believe in your worth, trust your voice, and take action even when the path is unclear. Your ideas matter so write them down, nurture them, and do not wait for perfection to take the first step.

It takes one small step to start, and through that step, you can become the change that the world has been waiting for.
