Cameroon-based gospel preacher Apostle John Chi, founder and General Overseer of the Ark of God’s Covenant Ministry (AGCOM), a Christian ministry has warned people against rushing in life and taking decisions without adequate time of preparation, meditation and evaluation saying that any early exposure endangers a destiny.
In his inspirational message, Apostle John Chi said that today’s world is exerting too much pressure on people which will cause them to hurry up for power, success, fame and money.
“We are living in a generation where everyone is in a hurry to succeed, marry, make money, to be noticed and to rise to fame but rushing has destroyed many destinies today.
“Premature exposure to money, success, power and fame has destroyed many today. God’s greatest miracles require patience not pressure. God is telling someone to slow down and to be patient,” he said.
Sharing expressions about the message, the online audience commended the word of the season saying it has been life transforming and powerful to give direction.
Philani Sebata said “I was that kind of a person but from today i am slowing down,”
“Surely life requires patience. Some people are regretting the decisions they have made as a result of pressure. In everything that we do, let us be very careful and wait to hear from God,” she said.
Apostle John Chi’s ministry emphasizes faith in Christ for spiritual results, prayer for peace in nations, and the transformative power of God’s love and grace.
He holds revivals and events around the world, including in Canada and Zambia and he is also a philanthropist.
