The Cross of Salvation Church which has its headquarters in Holfland Park, Bezvalley Joburg South Africa is set host its first all night prayer in Harare on 13 January 2024, a session which will also see the launch of its first branch in Zimbabwe.
The church’s Founder and Visionary Reverend Barbara Jesica Rwodzi revealed that the expansion of their church to Zimbabwe has been part of the great mission of soul winning and advancing the kingdom of God through preaching the true gospel of Jesus Christ.

She further said that the groundbreaking session will be extraordinary in that it will be prophetic, power packed and deliverance will be the portion of those who need it.
“My visit to Zimbabwe aims at preaching the word of salvation, to bring light to the world and then to plant the ministry so that those who will be converted can continue being strengthened and guided until they grow.”
“The service will be of its own kind as it will be characterised with miracles. I was given Isaiah 43vs18-19 which says watch for the new thing, it is happening already, I will make a road through the wilderness and give you streams of water there. As the year begins God is making a new way in the wilderness, there are some people who should fall into the pool at Bethzatha for their healing according to John 5vs1-11,” said Rwodzi
Meanwhile, speaking about her calling into the ministry, Rwodzi said she once faced criticism and suppression from other people while encouraging rising gospel ministers not to give up until their callings manifest.
“It was not easy, I once faced criticism from those whom I believed for assistance so that I would grow until a time when God opened a door for me. So my encouragement to people especially young ministers is that do not fear or get weary you will get to your destiny, when God opens no one will close,” she added
The all night service will be running under the theme “Chimbotangai neni gore rino” and will be supported by Pastor Kudakwashe Matsambe of Spirit Filled International Ministries, Prophetess Moshelyne and elder Maguti including gospel musicians such as Beatrice Mambo Masawi and Mr Favour.
The all night will take place at Barzak Building 33 Kaguvi Street,Harare starting at 8 o’clock in the evening.
