To Salvationists of the Zimbabwe, Botswana and Madagascar Territory
My Dear Salvationists
Grace and peace to you in the name of our risen Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
As we gather to commemorate Easter, we are reminded of the profound truth at the heart of our faith—the victory of Christ over sin and death.
The cross was not the end of the story; it was the pathway to resurrection, hope, and new life for all who believe.
The Word of God assures us in Luke 24:6:
“He is not here; He has risen!”
This glorious declaration is the foundation of our hope.
The resurrection of Jesus Christ is a powerful reminder that no situation is beyond God’s redemption.
Whatever challenges we face as individuals, families, or as a Territory, we are encouraged to stand firm in the assurance that Christ has overcome.
This Easter season, I urge every Salvationist to reflect deeply on the sacrifice of our Lord and to renew your commitment to His service.
Let us live as people transformed by the resurrection—filled with faith, compassion, and a renewed passion for mission.
I also warmly encourage you all to attend Easter meetings and gatherings as arranged in your respective divisions. These sacred gatherings are an opportunity for fellowship, spiritual renewal, and collective worship as we celebrate the risen Christ together.
Let us come together in unity, rejoicing in the victory of the cross and proclaiming the message of hope to our communities. May the power of the resurrection fill your hearts with joy, strengthen your faith, and inspire you to continue serving the Lord faithfully.
Commissioner Tracey Kasuso joins me in wishing you safe travels and blessings this Easter.
Yours in Christ’s Service,
Daniel Kasuso
