Yesterday, Her Excellency the First Lady Dr Auxillia Mnangagwa, visited the Mujuru family in Harare to express her heartfelt condolences following the tragic death of Ronald Mujuru’s wife and five children in a road accident on the Harare–Masvingo Highway. In her visit, the First Lady, speaking as a national mother figure, conveyed that the magnitude of their loss is incomprehensible and highlighted the widespread grief felt across the nation. She assured Mr Mujuru and his extended family of her unwavering support during this difficult time. “Let us come together in unity, compassion, and prayer,” she urged, reminding Zimbabweans of the importance of collective empathy during tragedies.
