The Daughters of Virtue International Ndadhiniwa Prayer Movement Visionary Prophetess Memory Matimbire has revealed that her success in the ministry did not come on a silver platter but it was a journey characterised with struggles, among them being resistance.

The Mega 7 All-night Prayer which was held at Harare City Sports Centre on Friday 15 November was a success which registered more than 8000 people in the overflow and was attended by other cleric leaders who include Bishop Tudor Bismark, Founder of New Life Covenant Church ,Bishop Never Muparutsa the Presiding Bishop for Pentecostal Assemblies Of Zimbabwe (PAOZ),Apostle Michael Orokpo and gospel ministers including Minister GUC, Minister Takesure Zamar Ncube and Minister Michael Mahendere among others.

Speaking during the session, Prophetess Matimbire said although it was not easy for her as a woman to make impact in the gospel landscape, she appreciated the kindness and support that she got from the fathers saying that they have always been standing with her along the journey.

“It is very hard to be accepted as a female preacher but I am out of words and I want to appreciate having fathers like Bishop Bismark and Bishop Muparutsa who stood with me, and they are still standing with me, guiding me and showing me the way in this journey. Without them I could not make it and I will perish, I thank them so much for their unwavering support and guidance,” she said

Meanwhile in his sermon on the same occasion, Tudor Bismark encouraged saints to be strong to grab their blessing from God and to boldly challenge every obstacle that might be trying to hinder a breakthrough in their lives.

“You should know that you have been chosen and anointed to make impact and when God is replying to your prayers you should take it, just like Prophet Isiah, Jeremiah and King David you should say I take my blessing. Arise and challenge every obstacle in your way and speak life to every dry bones in your life.” he said.

Bishop Muparutsa stressed the importance of salvation in one’s life saying the greatest gift that God gave to humanity is eternal life that comes through repenting and receiving Christ as the personal Savior.

“2 Corinthians 5:21 21 For he had made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. Brethren how much love that God has shown us to give himself twice to us. He first gave us his breath and also gave us his son Jesus Christ to die for us so that we can be saved. We may come to the house of God wanting good health or wealth but the first thing which is the greatest of all is salvation. You should be born again and when one repents there will be a banquet in heaven,” said Muparutsa.

Daughters of Virtue International Ndadhiniwa Prayer Movement was established some years ago with the mandate of bringing women together for spiritual growth through prayer and word. DOV has since spread to 26 nations.

Prophetess Memory Matimbire together with Pastor Fred Matimbire also lead the Hebron Art of Prayer International Ministries.
