Speaking during the She stands seminar, Operation Mukadzi Simuka, Prophetess Pamela Sithole, the founder of Victorious Women, an interdenominational ministry emphasised about the need of destiny helpers in this season, physically and spiritually, because they will help and pave a way for you to rise as they are willing to mentor and give you information for free.
She defined destiny as the purpose that God created you for and you have got various purposes as a person.

‘’In this season, whatever that you want to do, you cannot do it by yourself but you will need destiny helpers that are willing to share information with you and willing to go out of their way helping you to rise not making the same mistakes they made as you will be learning from somebody with experience. You will need people that will stand in the spiritual realm for you so that your doors can be open,’’ said Prophetess Pamela.
She urged women to have a desire to connect with destiny helpers because impartation only takes place when there is connection and impartation has the power to accelerate your spiritual growth and help you lay a foundation for your future.
‘’Impartation is the spiritual transfer that takes place through a relationship which means you will have to build a relationship and there has to be honour and respect in that relationship where you are going to receive impartation.
She also urged women to be careful of destiny killers who will stop you from achieving your dreams, divert your destiny, cause delay and frustrate your efforts as they will always see the negative side of you.
They will tell you that your vision is too common so before partnering with anyone pray to God to give you the right people. These destiny killers are people that are even in our households and communities.
‘’A destiny helper is any encouragement whilst a destiny killer is always negative so before starting any business bring your petitions before God and be careful with the people you partner with because you can end up partnering with a destiny killer who will use you and be left with nothing. We have to be sensitive for us to be able to stand and pray for the people that we connect with,’’ she said.

The empowerment seminar was graced by different speakers including Blessing Togarepi, the CEO at Toga Blessing Mining Investments, Edwin Kudangah, the Farmer, Thabani Patience Gambiza, a public figure who works for Radio Zimbabwe, Victorious Women chairlady, Minister Tsitsi Shoniwa, Sarah Muungani, Apolonia Tapfumanei, Judith Chacha, and Caroline Murenga, the founder of Kadoma Medical Centre.
These speakers empowered women in different sectors such as mining, farming, entrepreneurship, grooming, small business, baking, designing and tailoring.
Minister Shoniwa urged women entrepreneurs to be risk takers, ready to lose money, time and effort, be persistence, have vision, be eager to learn new things, have objectives as an entrepreneur, research well and list down what you want to achieve, plan your things well, be content and allow the lord to equip you.
‘’As an entrepreneur be content because one day you will get there and be persistent as well because persistence produces boldness, you will be able to make big choices and don’t allow failure to take away God’s promises and blessings. Have a positive mindset all the time and be careful with advisors because others are there to destroy you so pray for wisdom,’’ said Shonhiwa.
The radio personality, Thabani Gambiza empowered women on grooming and etiquette in which she urged women to take care of themselves through maintaining their body parts such as hair, nails, skin, face to create a positive impression and build their self-esteem.
She also urged them to improve their personality in terms of how they interact with others so as to gain respect.
‘’In every situation you get into, people will get an impression of you through your appearance and how you talk to people in public matters because no matter how good you are looking when you are not polite you will lose respect. Personal characteristics are improved when you are well groomed and people will always hold you in high regard,’’ said Thabani
Togarepi and Kudangah urged women to be passionate and have knowledge before getting into either mining or farming. Togarepi said before getting into mining contact other people that were into mining before and ask them some of the challenges they face and how they overcome it.
‘’The primary production which is the actual planting process takes time to monetize so it requires passion, patience, investment but for quick money one can venture into value addition and branding which is buying and selling’’ said Kudangah
Speaking to ZimGospel Masters, women who attended the seminar said they have been educated a lot especially as entrepreneurs to pray for every business to be successful, prioritise every customer and to separate capital from profit.
‘’I have been educated a lot as an entrepreneur, especially not to use business money to buy things so we have to separate capital from profit,’’ said Pedzisai Murehwa.
‘’ I have really benefited from this seminar because I learnt that one can start any project with any money nothing is small and also to prioritise every customer in whatever business by providing for everyone rich or poor,’’ said Mrs. Yvonne Lameck
