When God calls you, submit to his calling and mission he called you for, avoid personal glory if you are to last in his service, Apostle Mauramba of Grace of God International Ministries (GGIM) has said during Sunday service themed ‘breaking satanic codes’ on 18 May 2025.
“When one has been called and chosen to be a Man of God it means that one should be a servant of God not to chase after own fame and personal desires.
“What many men of God does not know is that the calling of God demands someone to be humble. As a man of God, you face a lot of challenges in the ministry which might include negative attacks from people and positive appreciation. If one wants the ministry to grow and for you to be mightily used by God, you should accept to be a servant and to work extra hard for the ministry to stand.
“Being a servant of God does not mean having a sophisticated protocol or being treated just like a king, but the true spirit of servanthood means respecting people and serving the Lord with humility. Remember, the one who is preached to, is greater than the one who preaching. As men of God, let us serve with humility, love and respect people who come to serve God under our ministries,” said Mauramba.
Apostle Mauramba encouraged the congregation about honoring and taking care of their parents revealing that there is a parental blessing which comes from parents not from church leaders.
“I am here to teach you all not to neglect your parents because of a man of God. There is a blessing that comes from your parents which you cannot get from a man of God. Do not be misled, parents are important in our lives so let us do the best for them,” he added.

Some of the congregants who spoke to ZimGospel Masters magazine after the service testified the transformation that happened in their lives following several teachings that have been delivered by the man of God.
“As for me, since I joined this church, my life had been changed. As a fathers of the house, we are taught to be responsible for our families and to work so that we do not degrade our fatherhood to an inferior title,” he said.
“Today’s service was life-changing. I learnt that we should be caring for our parents or those who raised us despite what they could have done to us, there is a blessing that comes from respecting them,” she said.
The special Sunday Service came barely one day after the church’s annual All-Night Prayer which was held on 16 May under the theme “A night of announcement 2”.
The all-night prayer was attended by hundreds of people from across the country and the guest gospel ministers were Apostle T.E General together with musicians, minister Arthur and Minister Claudious Mubaiwa.
