Remembering the needy is the heartbeat of the church. Sharing love and joy with others is love in action. The Methodist Church in Zimbabwe Rusape Circuit, led by Superintent Reverend Madiridze is an embodiment of love which they expressed through a love visit Agartha and her triplets, two boys and a girl at Rusape General Hospital.
This gesture of love brought tears of joy to Agartha of Denzva Village, Nyazura, and great appreciation from hospital staff and other patience in the hospital. This love expressed, will go a long way in the heart of Agartha, the triplets will one day see the pictures of this divine visit that brought cash and kind, and that is a great ministry to the world.
The hospital staff expressed joy of success after a successful operation exercise. Agartha is now a mother of six.
The church has made a commitment to reach out to support the needy to bring hope and relief. The joy of sharing love is motivational to those who participate in such activities and it binds the church with love as its members feel for each other. May God bless such heart-warming initiatives in the society.
Matthew 25: 31ff reminds us to remember the needy of our society and blessed are such people who exercise mercy. Verse 35 says, ’For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me..’’
