Catch the Fire Conference 2026 was officially launched in Harare on Friday, 12 June 2026, with organisers announcing this year’s theme as “Heavenly Realities.” The week-long revival event will run from 24 to 30 August 2026 at Richland City in Mhondoro, about 100km from Harare.
Heartfelt International Ministries founder and revivalist, Apostle T Vutabwashe launched the conference at the International Overflow Centre, declaring the theme would move from “imagination to actuality” this year.
“2026, we are going to see Heavenly Realities. It will not be an imagination, it will be an actuality,” Apostle Vutabwashe said during the launch event attended by congregants and visitors.
The launch highlighted the movement’s growth from its first revival meeting held in a small classroom in Cold Comfort. Apostle Vutabwashe said the first advert for Catch the Fire ran in the Herald classifieds alongside funeral notices because the ministry could not afford a full newspaper insert at the time.
Over the years the conference has hosted international and local ministers including Pastor Robert Kayanja and Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa. Apostle Vutabwashe said this year’s gathering will continue that tradition.
Earlier in 2026, Apostle Vutabwashe shared the pulpit with Prophet Makandiwa and Bishop Colin Nyathi during an interdenominational conference. In 2025, he hosted Pastor Benny Hinn for the Miracle Healing Crusade at Miracle Grounds in Harare, which was followed by a nationwide 90-day fasting and prayer movement called “Revival Us Zimbabwe” involving various denominations.
For the past five years Apostle Vutabwashe has held daily revival services without interruption, building a ministry associated with prayer and cross-denominational unity. Since January, after the 90 days of prayer and fasting concluded, he has hosted ministers including Prophetess Matimbira, Evangelist Saungweme, Apostle B Java, Prophet Arthur Huggins and Evangelist Muparinga.
Organisers expect the August conference to draw believers from multiple churches for a week of worship, prayer, impartation and what they describe as spiritual encounters centred on “Heavenly Realities.”
