Zimbabwean musician Baba Harare, now known as king David goes on to thank Zimbabweans for following their joint TikTok account and encourages them to ask questions, promising to address everything from Christianity to life advice.
“Thank you for following. Vane mibvunzo memuchibvunza zvamunongoda tichibatsirana. Even zveshoko raMwari even zveupenyu. Even zvimwewo,” Baba Harare added, while Becca teased, “We know you all have questions.”
He also points out that he was one of the few people who did not believe that when people get married they begin looking like each other. He pointed out that he is beginning to look light-skinned like his wife who playfully suggests that his skin is looking good because he has been eating grapes.
“Hey, guys. Ndaigara ndichiramba kuti if people got married they look alike. Look at my skin guys. It’s not filter. But takufanana ka. Yah I’m eating grapes,” Baba Harare said.
The transition of Baba Harare from Jiti music to gospel music was one of the most shocking news ever received in the Zimbabwean music industry in 2024. As he shifted to gospel genre he dropped an album titled “Repentance” which marked his journey in the gospel music genre. Some of the songs in the album include Makanaka, fambai neni, he loves you and Sukai ft Takesure Zamar.
