Laziness is the initial step into witchcraft says Bishop Sibiya

Lazy people usually sleep during the day while others are busy working and when the hard workers start to prosper they feel jealous.

Posting on his social media platform, Bishop Pride Sibiya of Glory Ministries said lazy people usually turn to witchcraft because when others prosper they don’t have anything to show.

“Lazy people do not have anything to show therefore when their associates prosper they feel jealousy-bitterness-witchcraft. Lazy people end up getting goblins to get wealth just like witches who resort to visiting you at night, in the spirit, when you do better against them in the physical,” he said

He also pointed out how a good man leaves an inheritance for their family whilst a lazy man leaves nothing except debts, poverty and deep sorrow.

“The Bible says a good man leaves an inheritance for their children’s children. A lazy person, like a witch which leaves goblins not wealth. A lazy person leaves debts and deep sorrow that even his/her funeral is a big problem to put resources together. Lazy people do not have money to tithe. Those who work and tithe leave a blessing for their children up to the fourth generation (Abraham-Isaac-Jacob-Levi). Those who are lazy leave a heritage of poverty and curses even to the fourth generation,” he said.

He added “God created the day so that people may work and night that they may rest. If you rest in the afternoon what will you be doing at night,”?

Meanwhile he said, maoko haasi cheya, usamagarire, kudada nemaoko kumashandisa (hands are not a chair, don’t sit on them, using them is your pride). “For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.” 2 Thessalonians 3:10.
