THE National Judicial Council of Vapostori (NJCV) has described the recent harmonised elections as credible, just and transparent.
NJCV founding chairman and head of the Bishops Council, Takawira Mapuranga, said in their final report on the August 23 polls they indicated that the elections passed the litmus test of credible and transparent plebiscite.
Mapuranga said this was confirmed through an assessment process conducted by Provincial Heads of Bishops Council through Districts Pastoral Observers.

“We call all Zimbabweans to shun violence and command police to continue doing their law enforcement duties. We look forward to see a peaceful inauguration and a productive Parliament,” he said.
