Good morning fellow Christians. Today we want to talk to you about the power of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the power given to us from God, to enable us to be His witnesses in the world.
Jesus promised us this power when He said, “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Let us look at three key ideas related to the power of the Holy Spirit.
First, the Holy Spirit gives us strength.
In John 14:26, Jesus tells us, “But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.”
The Holy Spirit gives us strength and wisdom to make Godly decisions. The Holy Spirit is with us always and helps us stay on the right path.
Second, the Holy Spirit is our Guide.
In Isaiah 30:21, it says, “Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.” The Holy Spirit guides us with wisdom and instruction. He helps us stay focused on God’s plan for our lives.
Third, the Holy Spirit is our Helper.
In John 16:7-8 Jesus says, “But very truly I tell you, it is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Advocate will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you. When he comes, he will prove the world to be in the wrong about sin and righteousness and judgment.”
The Holy Spirit is our helper and provides us with comfort in difficult times. He helps us stand firm against sin and temptation and encourages us to stay true to God’s Word.
The power of the Holy Spirit is something that we should not take for granted. He is our Guide, our Helper, and our Strength.
God has given us this incredible gift so that we can be His witnesses all around the world. Let us never forget how truly blessed we are to have the Holy Spirit with us at all times.

Heavenly Father, thank You for sending Your Holy Spirit to be with us always. Thank You for giving us Your power so that we can be Your witnesses all around the world. Help us to always remember that You are with us and that Your strength is available to us at all times.
