During the week of March 11-14, the World Council of Churches (WCC) warmly welcomed a total of 60 visitors, including representatives from esteemed organizations such as the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland, Athens College, and the Christian Council of Sweden.

Bishops from the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland were greeted with sincere appreciation for their unwavering dedication to the ecumenical movement during their visit to the Ecumenical Centre.
Meanwhile, students from Athens College had the opportunity to explore the chapel and the Ecumenical Centre through a guided tour.
They engaged in meaningful exchanges of insights and prayers with both staff members and their peers.
Esther Flores Sedman, head of Communication at the Christian Council of Sweden, collaborated with the WCC Communication team to delve into internal and strategic communications practices, further enriching the exchange of ideas and expertise.

As a reminder, the Ecumenical Centre in Geneva is scheduled to undergo renovation starting from June 2024.
