Led by Lady Chevrons wicketkeeper, Modester Mupachikwa, the team exudes confidence as they prepare to showcase their talent on the global stage.

Reflecting on their recent successes against Papua New Guinea, the players are determined to maintain their winning momentum and overcome the challenges posed by their upcoming opponents.

The technical team has meticulously selected a 15-member squad, with the inclusion of top-order batter Ashley Ndiraya, who makes a triumphant return following recovery from injury.

This bolstering of the squad adds depth and resilience, ensuring that Zimbabwe is well-equipped to face the rigors of international competition.

Grouped alongside formidable opponents such as the hosts UAE, the Netherlands, Ireland, and Vanuatu in Group A, Zimbabwe is poised for a series of intense battles.

Their journey begins with a clash against new adversaries Vanuatu on the 25th of this month, setting the stage for what promises to be an exhilarating tournament.

As the Lady Chevrons embark on their journey to the United Arab Emirates, they carry with them the hopes and aspirations of a nation eager to witness their success. With determination, skill, and unwavering commitment, the team aims to make history and secure a coveted spot in the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup.
