The bible tells us that consistency is key in kingdom advancement. We are called to be wise and faithful servants for our master, and to do our part in advancing His kingdom.
This means that we must be consistent in our actions and intentions. We must be faithful and wise stewards of our time, resources, and talents.
When we are consistent in our actions, God can work through us more effectively.
In the book of Colossians 3:23, it says “And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men.” We must work diligently and faithfully to carry out God’s will.
We can find many examples of consistency throughout the Bible.
The prophet Elijah was a man of great faith and wisdom but his faithfulness was tested when King Ahab and Queen Jezebel sought to kill him.
However, Elijah remained consistent despite the danger he faced and continued to serve God faithfully. In the end, Elijah was rewarded for his faithfulness and wisdom.
The story of the three Hebrews is another example of faithfulness and consistency.
When King Nebuchadnezzar ordered that everyone bow down to his golden image, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego refused to comply.
Despite the threat of death, they stood firm in their beliefs and remained consistent in their faithfulness to God. In the end, God rewarded them for their faithfulness and wisdom.
Finally, we can look to Jesus Christ himself for an example of consistency in kingdom advancement.
Throughout his ministry, Jesus consistently preached the gospel and demonstrated his love for God through his actions.
He was a model of faithfulness and a shining example of what it means to be a wise and faithful servant.
God is looking for faithful and wise servants who are committed to advancing His kingdom through consistency in their words and actions.
We must strive to be faithful stewards of our time, resources, and talents in order to be effective agents of kingdom advancement.
