In order to deal with the issue of drugs and be a successful person tomorrow, always ask yourself five important questions such as who are you, where do you come from, where am l going, why am l here and what can l do, said Dr Manners Musongelwa whilst addressing the youths who attended the networking platform launch program at Harare Gardens on 27 July 2024 hosted by Youth Create founded by Sinclair Crispen Mavengano.

He urged the youths to remember these important five questions whenever they see someone engaging in drugs or doing wrong things. The problem nowadays is that a lot of youths do not know who they are.
That is why they imitate what other people are doing, what they see on television and social media. You need to ask yourself who you are and where you come from. If one is not careful, your place of origin can limit you.
Also know where you are going and why you are going to school because if you do not know, you will spend a lot of time doing things that are not going to benefit you tomorrow.
It is also important that you focus on your purpose and lastly ask yourself what l can do by developing a mindset of a lion so that no matter the challenges you will not take drugs because problems are there to strengthen us.
“If you discover who you are, it means that when you see other people smoking, drinking you will not follow because you know who you are. So know what is good for you because if you follow what your peers are doing, you are going to perish.
“You can become a successful person despite your name and area of origin. Do not take drugs by saying where l come from a lot of people take drugs. Don’t take drugs no matter what you are facing in life because what you are seeing today, you will not see it tomorrow,” he said.
Meanwhile, he urged the youths to seek the hand of God to deal with drugs through praying. He also urged them to set laws for themselves, laws that they will not violate and to remember that what they plant today will manifest tomorrow.
The event was also graced by one of the socialite named Ginimbilite who encouraged the youths to do whatever they are doing without giving up.

The founder of Youth Create, Sinclair Crispen Mavengano said the event was important because to deal with drugs, we need to come in place, platform to share ideas between the youths on what they can do and what the industry is searching for.
