In business we need to complement rather than compete or copy, instead develop the right attitude of following your passion, be creative, save money, be confident and be a risk taker to be successful, Apostle Dr Bennie an entrepreneur, Author, Preacher, Business and Life Mentor, has said during the Business Mentorship Class 4.

‘’In business, we do not compete but we compliment hence one should have an eye to see what is lacking. If you are a person who lacks courage in trying new things, know that success is far away from you. Be bold and take courage.
‘’Be a creative person in your business and for you to be creative, you will have to think outside the box and whatever you plan, there should always be plan B and be a person who is interested to know things, your curiosity level must be up,’’ said Dr Bernie.
She also emphasised on attitude because success comes with attitude hence have a zeal to have a business and be willing. Zeal is what puts you in that place to do something, it helps you to chase success and you have to be willing with ‘I shall’, ‘will’ and ‘I can,’’ she said.
She urged women to be able to save money for them to start their business rather than borrowing. Before saving, one must understand the reason for saving. Start with the smallest amount and develop financial discipline. Find a business mentor to guide you.
Confidence is key because without confidence you cannot speak for yourself and for your products. You will find it difficult to talk to people even when entering the negotiation table. Confidence empowers people to be in business and succeed as you are a victor not a loser.
