In as much as the bible says a woman is a helper to a man, for her to be a good helper she needs a skillful husband who support her said Pastor Simba Nyadzo, senior pastor at Prophetic Generation International ministries during an interview with Zimgospel masters.
A skillful husband is somebody who is able to teach his wife to be a good wife and help her know what you want as a man but to do that acquire knowledge said Pastor Nyadzo.
“Husbands behave with your wives with knowledge which means that as a husband you must acquire knowledge on how to treat a woman”
“In as much as she might be a good wife, teach her what you want as a man,” he said.
He also urged men to be able discover what his woman is good at, what makes her a role model to her children and support her to be financially independent.
“As the leader of the house, help your woman discover her potential because when you truly love someone you desire to see that person doing the best”
“Be able to help your wife structure whatever business she wants to do because she also has to make an impact with people around her and empower others”
Meanwhile he urged men to love their wives because when you love your wife, you won’t cause pain or beat her. It is also important to study her character so that you know how to respond to her in different situations.
