Piwa who rose to stardom with tracks such as “Izwi renyu” and “Kana manzwa izwi” has expressed great satisfaction to the success of her album launch saying that it showed a great improvement as compared to previous launches.
“The launch was standard and I am very happy for that, I managed to attract supporters from different walks of life and above all well-known gospel musicians.
“The success means a lot to me, I am now aware that my efforts are not in vain I do hope that the album will touch many souls especially those who will listen to the album,” said Piwa
Speaking about the album, Piwa revealed that the album consisted both inspirational, motivational and juicy songs which match all the situations that someone might be going through out there.
“The name of the album is Matishamisa with six tracks and is my third album. The main message on the album is that we have to give glory to God all the times no matter what circumstances.
“Also let us put focus on God, nothing is impossible with God, we have power over everything,” she added
She further attributed her success to her ability to learn from those who already made it in the gospel landscape while encouraging other upcoming musicians not to give up easily.
