The event, themed “Mhepo Teerera, Peace Be Still,” drew a large audience eager to hear the Prophetess’s insights drawn from Mark 4:39, which recounts Jesus calming the storm.
In her address, Prophetess Sammie emphasized the necessity of pressure for personal transformation.
“I have noticed one thing which is most of the people cannot change until they are put under pressure,” she stated, urging attendees to trust fully in the Lord. She warned against the tendency of individuals to seek God only in times of crisis, much like the disciples in the biblical story.”
“People of God, this era we are into needs a person who can rise and call unto the Lord each and every time,” she implored.
The Prophetess further challenged her audience to reflect on their spiritual resilience, questioning,
“Those who wished you must start to question themselves: who is this man who can even stand still the wind? Who is this man who is changing people’s situations for good? Who is this man who can give immediate change to the people?”
As the service progressed, Prophetess Sammie called on the congregation to pray for immediate responses from God, encouraging them to seek signs of divine intervention.
“You cannot tell a person a road you never walked. As I am talking here, I know the God whom I saw with my eyes is ready to release immediate answers. Believe. Just say, ‘Lord, show me a sign,'” she urged.
The Prophetess also expressed a desire for contemporary testimonies of God’s goodness.
“We no longer want to hear testimonies which happened long back; give us testimonies of the goodness of the Lord every day,” she proclaimed, igniting a sense of urgency among the attendees.
In a motivational tone, she encouraged those present to prepare for the blessings and testimonies they sought through prayer.
“If you want to be promoted to a higher level, start to prepare now, smart, how to speak like a boss,” she advised, resonating with anyone seeking growth in their personal or professional lives.
