One practice we must develop and maintain to have a positive mindset is to be single-minded.
To be single-minded is to be fully convinced and to be unwavering about a matter.
We must be clear about what we know and what we believe and be settled about it.

James 1:8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. Double mindedness brings instability.
Double mindedness keeps us vacillating between two opposites and leaves us indecisive about things.
Avoid being double minded and be fully persuaded in your mind.
Psalms 119:113 I hate vain thoughts: but thy law do I love.Be single minded about who God is, His nature and His Word.
Believe God is who He said He is as revealed through His covenant names and is clearly revealed to us in the person of Jesus Christ.”
Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
When we are single minded about who God is, it’s easy for us to be single minded about His thoughts concerning our lives.
Believe who God is and what He says concerning our future. We prove we are single minded about who God is through our action of believing what He says in His word.
