MASTER Coach Edith Kasukuwere’s vision of providing coaching, rehabilitation, writing and counselling services to the youths, women and persons with disabilities through her Coach Emmah Incorporation has impacted many in Zimbabwe in only two years of operation.
The Coach Emmah Incorporation chief executive officer said the vision started in 2021 with the main mandate of redefining success and create lasting legacies through inclusion and participation of youths, women and persons with disabilities.

“The vision started as a blog in mid-2021, with a mandate to redefine success and create lasting legacies through ensuring inclusion participation and partnerships,” she said.
“Then in 2022, we penetrated spaces like individual, schools, churches and corporates providing mentorship and life coaching services. We aim at taking the vision to global levels.”
Master Coach Kasukuwere and her team they have these three groups at heart and they are fighting for the space of these social groups.
“We are a community of youths, women and persons with disabilities at heart. Join the conversation today, take part in solving our daily issues and be part of a hub where your full potential is unleashed and a platform to shine is provided,” she said
“It is so easy to see youths smile and thrive in their day to day lives but there is a lot of potential left unleashed and this may stir mental health problems.”
Master Coach Kasukuwere works with a team made up of her husband, Carl Maswoswa, Rumbidzayi Svosve, Cynthia Chieza, Nigel Mapfumo, Princess Moyo and Siqondile Tizirai in partnership with the International Coaching and Mentoring Foundation.
Coach Emmah Incorporation has partnered with other organisations in various initiatives.
